Casa Trifoglio is located along a 'strada bianca', surrounded by vineyards.

Although Casa Trifolglio is in a quiet location, it is within walking distance of the picturesque medieval village of Montelparo, where everything is available bakery, grocery, pharmacy, restaurant, bank, post, bar, takeaway pizzeria, trattoria….

The house looks around on postcard views. On one side you look out on the Sibillini Mountains where you can make beautiful walks and on the other side of the house you look out on the Adriatic sea.

The house has 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, air conditioning (night cooling), internet, wifi, TV, domotica, fire and break-in alarm, 2 kitchens with dishwasher, washing machine.
In 1 kitchen there is a long extendable table so that the entire group can eat together.

 

The house can also be rented in part, it can be divided into 2 apartments of 4 people each, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen.

There are various terraces with panoramic views. Everything is provided for the full occupancy of 8 people, there are sun loungers and deck chairs for everyone.
The swimming pool (4 x12m) is a real eye-catcher and also has a beautiful view.

In the area are many old medieval villages and towns where time seems to have stood still because the mass tourism fortunately has not struck here.

Furthermore, it is a great area to explore by scooter or motorcycle, but also the quiet sports such as walking, cycling or horse riding are well catered for.

For the culinary enthusiasts you can also eat excellent in this region (cheap), in this wine and truffle region you really will not miss out.
